Delete your EarnJam account

This page explains how to request deletion of your EarnJam account and associated data. EarnJam is developed by Green Ladder.

Option 1 — in the app

  1. Open EarnJam and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.

Option 2 — by email

Send an email to support@onetapgames.win with the subject “Delete my EarnJam account” from the email linked to your account (or include your user ID from Profile). We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Account profile (name, email, sign-in ID)
  • Device identifiers and activity history
  • Payout details and support messages

What we may keep

  • Transaction and cashout records required for accounting and tax law — up to 5 years
  • Minimal fraud-prevention records (e.g. hashed device ID) — up to 12 months

Important: any balance below the minimum cashout is forfeited when you delete your account. Cash out first if you can.
