| Available | Confirmed and eligible for cashout. |
| Pending | Partner checks are not complete. Usually minutes to days; up to 30 days for some game milestones. |
| Processing | You requested a cashout; it’s not paid yet. |
| Paid | Delivery confirmed. |
| Failed | Delivery failed; the amount is returned to your Available balance. |
Minimum cashout
First cashout from $5.00. Current minimums, fees (if any) and methods for your country are always shown on the cashout screen and override any examples on this website.
Processing time
Most cashouts are processed within 1–7 business days. The first cashout may require extra security checks.
Bonuses
Daily check-in and referral bonuses may have their own conditions (e.g. a referred friend must reach their first milestone). Bonus rules are displayed in the app.
Reversals
If a partner reverses a completed offer, the related reward is removed. If it was already cashed out, the amount may be deducted from future rewards.
Missing rewards
Wait for the expected pending time, then contact support with the partner name, offer name, date and a screenshot. Missing-reward claims must be filed within 30 days of completion.
