EarnJamThese Terms govern your use of the EarnJam app and website (the “Service”), provided by Green Ladder, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine (“EarnJam”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live.
- One account per person, per device and per payout method.
- The Service may not be available in every country.
2. How rewards work
Rewards are offered for completing tasks provided by third-party partners. A reward is credited only after the partner confirms completion. Reward amounts, minimums and bonuses shown in the app are set by us and our partners and may change. Rewards have no cash value until they become Available and are successfully cashed out. See the Rewards & Cashout Policy.
3. Third-party offers
Games and surveys are provided by independent partners. We are not responsible for their content, their apps, their data practices or their decision to confirm or reject a completion. Some offers may contain optional in-app purchases — you are never required to spend money.
4. Prohibited behaviour
- Multiple accounts, account sharing or selling
- VPNs, proxies, emulators, rooted/jailbroken devices, bots or automation
- Providing false information in surveys or sign-ups
- Exploiting bugs or manipulating referrals
We may cancel pending or available rewards, refuse cashouts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Reversals
If a partner reverses a reward (chargeback), we may deduct the amount from your balance.
6. Inactive accounts
If you do not open the app for 12 months, we may close the account after notice. Available balances below the minimum cashout may be forfeited.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (how). Balances below the cashout minimum are lost on deletion.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost earnings or partner actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount of Available balance in your account.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
